Welcome to Squishdom! These terms explain how buying from our store works. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you order.

Who we are

Squishdom is an online store that sells food-shaped squishy toys. You can find the seller's name and address on our Contact information page.

Where we sell

We currently sell and ship only to the United States: the 50 states and Washington, D.C. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Who can buy

You must be an adult (18 or older) to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Our newsletter is for people aged 14 and up.

Our products

  • Recommended age: 14+. Our squishies are not intended for children under 14.
  • They contain small parts. Keep them away from children under 3.
  • Our squishies are made in different batches, so size and color can vary a little from what you see on screen.

Photos and videos

Our product photos come from our suppliers. We edit some of them to fit our store's style, for example by removing the background or adjusting the color so it matches the actual product or the color option you choose. Some graphics and videos on our website and social media are made with AI, based on those photos, and AI content is labeled. We do our best to show every product accurately, but colors and small details may look slightly different in person, and all sizes are approximate.

Prices and payment

  • Payments are processed securely by Shopify. We accept major cards and other options shown at checkout, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  • Prices can change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
  • Sometimes a price or product detail may be wrong because of a mistake. If that happens, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Orders

  • After you order, you'll get a confirmation email.
  • We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we notice a pricing error. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
  • You can cancel your own order as long as it hasn't shipped yet. See our Refund policy for details.

Shipping

Shipping is always free. Delivery usually takes 8–14 business days. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

Refunds and replacements

All sales are final, but if your order arrives damaged, faulty, wrong or never shows up, we'll refund or replace it. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Your privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

Using our website

Please don't misuse our website, for example by trying to hack it, copying our content or placing fake orders. All text, logos and images on this site belong to Squishdom or are used with permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Squishdom is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using our website or products. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law. Before taking any formal action, please email us so we can try to solve the problem.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the date below.
