Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?
For now we ship to the United States only. Shipping is free on every US order because it's already included in our prices. We're working on shipping to Europe, too.
Where do orders ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse outside the US. We process orders in 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 8 to 14 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
When should I order for the holidays?
Order by Nov 28 for Christmas delivery. From order to doorstep, delivery can take up to about 3 weeks in total, so earlier is better. We can't guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Orders & returns
Can I return my order? What if it arrives damaged?
All sales are final, so we can't take returns if you change your mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, or it gets lost, you choose: a refund or a free replacement. You don't need to send anything back.
Email squishdom.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery. For a lost order, write within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. That's usually within 24 hours of ordering. Email us with your order number as soon as you can.
Our squishies
What are your squishies made of?
They're made of soft PU foam, TPR or other soft materials like rubber. PU foam pieces rise back slowly after a squeeze, and TPR pieces bounce right back. The material is listed on each product page. None of our squishies contain water beads.
What age are your squishies for?
We recommend them for ages 14+. Some products have small parts and are not for children under 3.
Are your product photos real?
Some photos, graphics and videos are made with AI or come from supplier photos. AI content is labeled. We never change a toy's size, color or look.

Can you get a squishy you don't carry?
Maybe! Fill out the Find My Squishy form with a description and, if you have one, a link to a photo, and we'll email you within 48 hours to say whether we can get it and what it costs. We don't source brand knockoffs or water-bead squishies, and you must be 14 or older to submit.
