📬 1. Check your shipping email
When your order ships (usually within 1–3 business days), we email you a tracking number and a link. Tap the link to see where your package is.

Sign in with the email you used at checkout to see your order status and tracking anytime.
⏳ How long does delivery take?
Most US orders arrive in 8–14 business days. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show the first update after the label is created, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.

Email us at squishdom.shop@gmail.com with your order number (e.g. #1001) and we'll check it for you. If a package never arrives, we'll refund or replace it.
