Free shipping on every order

Shipping is always free. It's already included in our prices, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada (except Quebec), Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Ireland and the Netherlands. Right now we don't ship to other countries or US territories, or to APO/FPO addresses.

We plan to expand to more countries, including Europe, but we don't have a date yet. If your country isn't listed, message us at support@squishdom.com and tell us where you are. We'll check whether we can help, though we can't guarantee it.

Taxes and duties in Switzerland

There is no customs duty on our products in Switzerland, and most of our orders arrive without Swiss VAT. If your order is over about CHF 60, Swiss Post may charge Swiss VAT (8.1%) and a handling fee on delivery.

How long it takes

  • Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare your order.
  • Delivery to the US: usually 8–14 business days after that.
  • Delivery to Australia: usually 8–17 business days after that.
  • Delivery to New Zealand: usually 8–17 business days after that.
  • Delivery to Canada and Singapore: usually 8–14 business days after that.
  • Delivery to Switzerland: usually 8–15 business days after that.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays.

Where your order ships from

Your order ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse outside the US. That's why delivery takes a bit longer than from a local store.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.

Orders with several items

If you order more than one product, your items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package gets its own tracking number.

Late or lost packages

Carrier delays sometimes happen. If your package hasn't arrived 14 days after the estimated delivery date, email us with your order number. We'll look into it and send you a refund or a free replacement. You choose which one. More details are in our Refund policy.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it.
